Account & privacy

Read our privacy notice for information about data handled by Garden.

For sign-in help, or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, email us from the address associated with your Garden account.

Include your Garden username if you know it. Never send your password, sign-in codes, or password-reset links.

Report a concern

To report content or a user, email us with the username or Seed link and a short description of what happened. Use “Safety report” as the subject so we can identify your message.

Help us improve the beta

For a bug, tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and your app version and device. You can also send beta feedback through TestFlight.
